I went to Rebuilt Homes looking for help building my credit score. I attended the class Bob taught and began the process. In January of 2021 my score was in the 500’s. Today my score is over 680. Last week Bob and his team worked with me and I am officially under contract to purchase my first home. This company delivers what it says if you listening take their advise! Highly recommended! I am so excited to buy my townhouse for my daughter and I. Communication is wonderful. They always rerun my calls and keep me informed. Thank you to Bob and your team!

Excellent experience! Bob and his team are very helpful and professional. My first home purchase ever.. The paperwork trail is a bit overwhelming BUT I understand. I definitely dont regret coming here. HIGH RECOMMEND. only issue was i make.too.money much, so i didnt qualify for 500 or zero.down. oh well lol. They will all treat you with respect and make sure you have everything you need. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU ALL.!

I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical about the program but today is an amazing day because I have completed the program and I am getting ready to select my new home. I know times are hard and people are afraid to let go of their money but I say take a chance and invest in yourself. The program works if you follow the instructions that are given to you. Also the credit repair works amazing as long as you do your part and listen to what he tells you. I went in as a single mom with bad credit not making that much an hr. Now i have a great credit score and about to close on a house paying less then rent. the process really works if you are willing to let it!!!

Positive: Professionalism I started my house journey a year ago with a consultation and then what needed to be done to repair my credit and to get into a home. Bob and his team worked daily for me and answered every phone call I made with the many questions I have had on this journey. It took a little longer than expected due to the COVID pandemic but they never stopped working as all this was going on. I found the house I wanted and was in it within 2 months of putting in an offer. It was a long process at least at the time it seemed to be but in hindsight it was a rather short process. I have been renting for 20 years and just throwing away money and finally am a home owner. These last two months I have personally blew up Bob’s cell phone asking thousands of questions and he never was frustrated with me even if I was. He always said let me give you a callback within 30 minutes with an answer and that’s exactly what he did. When I was frustrated with the lender Bob called and got answers and got things going as well. Definitely would recommend bob and his team to help get you into a home.

Bit of a long story, first I want to thank Robert (Bob) and his team for getting us in a house we love. They're great people, and make you feel like family. We were able to get in the house in a month. We luckily had good credit and were able to get through the process fast. A word of advice is to provide the underwriters the paperwork they ask for fast, we used email to send the paperwork, a printer to print documents that we needed to sign, used the phone and scanner to make digital copies to send the documents to the underwriters. I even ended up using gimp an free open source program that is similar to photoshop, to be able to print some of the documents, to print and take pictures or scan to send back to our loan officer. ( we had a cheap printer from Walmart that we had bought for about $35 that made the difference to get the paperwork done)The underwriters have the final word to approve you to close ,and get into the house you decide to buy. We had tried with a few other people but we didn't get anywhere with them. They wanted us to come up with a downpayment. We were first time home buyers, and at the moment we had no money for a downpayment. In our family we have three people on disability. And cause of it we're not allowed to save more than $3,000. Or they kick them off disability (ssi) This makes it difficult for us to save enough for a downpayment. Bob picked the house we had picked according to what we wanted, and decided on buy that house. Listen if you want to buy or sell go with Robert, he really knows what he's doing, if things need to be fixed he has a team that will take care of that for you. Before my wife and I got married she was kicked out of an apartment by a young woman that was the landlady cause the people downstairs complained about our austisc child being noisy, and took her downpayment, this happened after about three days. We got married in Florida and rented, got flooded about three times, eventually evacuated due to hurricane Irma, and ended up living here in kcmo, the apartment complex in Florida also made us pay an extra month cause we left before the contract expired. We stayed at a friend's basement for about a six weeks and started renting at a trailer park. We ended up there for two years. Well once our lease was over the park wanted an extra $80 from us to force us to another lease. Thank God, a lady that had bought three houses with Bob, referred us to him, and he helped get us in a home finally, after feeling like we were not going to be able to get in a house of our own because of the downpayment.
